One-Session: Theatricality
Writing for the stage offers opportunities for writers to explore and be inspired by theatrical tools that can make a play unique and exciting for an audience to attend. In this workshop we will look at the various components that go into stage production and how they can be used to not only inspire our writing but to help communicate our story in powerful ways. In this context we will discuss the collaborative nature of playwriting and theatre and how the script operates as a blueprint for production.
