Summary
Richard has offered writing workshops for over thirty years. In the early 1990's he ran Playwriting Workshops at Little Theatre of Alexandria in Arlington, Virginia and beginning in 1995 began offering workshops in Creative Writing and Playwriting at The Writer's Center, in Bethesda, Maryland, where he continues today to offer a range of workshops in Playwriting. He has taught workshops at numerous Institutions and festivals over the years, including The Writer's Center, The Algonkian Writer Retreat, Clemson University, First Draft at The Rose Theatre, American College Festival Regional Festivals, The National Conservatory of Dramatic Arts, and various other conferences and festivals.
